Ted has been the President and CEO of Diversified since 2013 and was formerly Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Diversified, Ted was Chief Compliance Officer for CEI Capital Management and held several senior positions within the publishing and manufacturing industries. He started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
Janice Rogers

Human Resources
Janice has been with Diversified since 1995 and has global oversight of human resources across all of the Diversified operating companies. Prior to Diversified, Janice worked in Human Resources at Maine Medical Center and began her career at MITECH Inc. in Washington, DC. Janice graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and maintains her GPHR.
Oakley Dyer
Corporate Vice President –
Strategy & Corporate Development
Oakley joined Diversified in 2013 and oversees the acquisitions of new operating entities and manages M&A activity across the portfolio of current operating companies. Prior to Diversified, Oakley was in corporate development at IDEXX Laboratories and worked for late-stage venture capital firm North Atlantic Capital. Oakley began his career at Ernst & Young and graduated from Colgate University and earned his MBA from Babson College.
Whit Mitchell
Chief Financial Officer
Whit joined Diversified in 2013 and oversees the finance and accounting functions across Diversified’s portfolio of operating companies. Prior to taking on this role he was the Corporate Vice President of Finance, and Director of Corporate Finance. Whit spent the first six years of his career in public accounting working for Baker Newman Noyes. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of New Hampshire.
